Hi, everybody.

Denziel, here I'm new to BP. I've been reading a lot of great information and gaining inspiration to do more deals in Fix & flip and multifamily rental units. I am looking forward to learning as much as I can outside of traditional/conventional realestate particularily in S. Florida. Which(Florida) appears under represented here. I hope Im wrong about that last part.
