Hey all! 

My name is Scott Boeser, and I'm co-owner of a real estate investment firm in Arlington, VA. While I've only owned my company since May of 2016, my fiancee and I have been involved with real estate (in one form or another) for 10+ years.

I was born and raised in Minnesota, and moved to Alexandria, VA back in 2010 for a job. After 6 years in the aviation and business development industry, I decided that I wanted to find a way out of the traditional 9-5 life where I was only working my butt off for someone else.

I decided to get into real estate after discovering how much potential there was to unlock in this industry. My goal is grow a successful business that eventually will rehab and flip 100 properties per year, wholesales 5-10 deals per month and manage 200+ rental properties throughout the world. While I intend on starting off with wholesaling and flipping properties in the DMV (DC/MD/VA) region, I expect to outgrow this region within 10 years.

I stumbled upon BP like many of us do! Interested in investing, I first found their podcast. Joshua Dorkin and Brandon Turner's show is my kind of witty. From there, I found the website and discovered how awesome it was. 

I'm excited to contribute to this community and learn from others!
