Hello all!

I believe in financial freedom for all who want it for themselves and their families if they apply themselves, work smart, and work hard to get there.

I am a short and long-term investor in real estate ranging from Wholesale Deals to Fix & Flips to Full Turnkey operations with in-house property management. Learning from formal investor training, real deals, and great mentorships I have been part of many successful real estate transactions and partnerships.

I've always believed if you want to get somewhere find someone who has been there and soak up the knowledge and wisdom they give then work hard to get there. I am humbled and grateful to have been trained by some of the best and still being mentored by real estate professionals and friends who have and are making millions in their real estate niches not just strategies for financial gain.

Just a quick tip.

As much as you we all love Ohio Cashflow, can't plug it to much so we don't piss off the folks at Bigger Pockets.

Also, you can't say "work very closely with Engelo"

Be honest and say "I closely bother Engelo everyday and interrupt him, annoy him, etc..."
