Hello everyone,

I am completely new and green to real estate. Working on getting my real estate license in the state of Massachusetts in the next couple of months. I live in the Middlesex County and will focus in this general area.  I am a full time worker, hoping to begin working in real estate part time to accumulate funds and knowledge before "jumping" into real estate full time. I am excited about bigger pockets and all the knowledge I can get from you guys. (Thanks in advance). Started listening to the podcasts from the first show and I'm sure I'll listen to all of them more than once!

    @Edwin Silie

    Welcome to BiggerPockets!

    There are a lot of Massachusetts folks on this site (and plenty more not from Massachusetts).  Two helpful hints, 1. to address someone use the @ sign follow by a few letters of the person name and then wait a quick second and a list will appear.  2. Massachusetts is a very friendly tenant state and extra or special laws, so take care when others make recommendations and they are not from Mass.
