My initial plan is to sell Real Estate and acquired some capital that one to start. I really want to get into buying to fix and rent 3-5 family home. I would love to built a portfolio of passive income. What areas do you work with?

Hello everyone, 

I am completely new and green to real estate. Working on getting my real estate license in the state of Massachusetts in the next couple of months. I live in the Middlesex County and will focus in this general area.  I am a full time worker, hoping to begin working in real estate part time to accumulate funds and knowledge before "jumping" into real estate full time. I am excited about bigger pockets and all the knowledge I can get from you guys. (Thanks in advance). Started listening to the podcasts from the first show and I'm sure I'll listen to all of them more than once!
