Motivated in Salem, OR
Hello BP! I've done one Live and Flip but a recent divorce means I'm rebuilding my life at 42. I'm highly motivated to build wealth through buy and hold RE investments. My day job is Freelance IT Field Engineer. All my income is 1099 so bank financing is tough. I have extensive experience managing small businesses so I'm already thinking about my processes/systems for my REI business.
Very interested in meeting Private Lenders, wholesalers, and other investors in the Salem/Portland/Eugene areas.

@John McElravy . I hear you saying that you want to get into holding property but the ability to get multiple loans is a hindrance. Is that pretty accurate?
If so my recommendation would be to look into creative financing options (owner financing, subject to, lease purchases). You can do this with little or no money down and no negative impact on your credit or DTI.
I have done tons of deals using those methods.
