Hello, I'm a former loan processor from California - who recently moved to Gastonia. I'm hoping to get started in flipping homes. I've always had a great passion for real estate, so any involvement is exciting to me, however, I'm a designer at heart so flipping has great potential to be satisfying to me in several aspects. I found this site after researching real estate guru courses online and finding that people were recommending this site as a better alternative that has just as much information for thousands less. So, here I am!

Hi Amy, I'm not far from you, in Charlotte NC.  I love the design part too - it's one of the reasons I've converted a couple of my long term rentals into short term furnished (high rent and it's fun to furnish and decorate).  I'm new to the site  - just joined last week and have found lots of great resources here.
