Hi All,
My name is Eric Casey and I am about as new to real estate as they come. Fresh out of college and working my first 9-5. I have really no experience in real estate, but I have envisioned myself getting into smaller buy and holds (single families or small dwellings). I recently moved to CT and would love to learn more about the market in my neighboring towns (Berlin, New Britain, Middletown area) /hearing opinions and methods on analyzing markets. Although I am not looking to immediately buy, I would like to begin my research and develop a plan to best prepare myself for that day. I hope the more I read and learn about real estate investing, the more I will be able to contribute to the discussions and interactions that take place on BP, as well as in the local community.
