Newbie in Ocala, Florida
Hi, I'm brand new at investing and actually haven't pulled the trigger yet. I am learning and educating myself now. My name is Joe Bruno, moved to Ocala, Florida, from Indiana, 5 months ago with my wife and 4.5 children. I don't have any background in real estate but have experience in contractor work, rehabbing, repairs, cabinetwork, trim carpentry, and finish carpentry.
Actually I just came across the Bigger Pockets website last week and am going through the Ultimate Beginner's Guide now. I'd love to work with others where the numbers make sense and benefits all involved. I am currently employed as a full-time cabinetmaker and am looking to fix and flip after hours. Currently I am only interested in doing enough deals to replace my current income stream, and then grow it from there. The ultimate goal is to create a passive income stream through multi-family dwellings and active income stream through fix and flip.

Welcome @Joe Bruno! I am also a newbie investor out of Gainesville, Fl. Educating myself and networking is what I have been working on the last couple months. I need to start analyzing some deals though! Also looking for flips, plan on tackling this full time when I graduate college.
