New Member in the Kansas City Metro Area

Hello BiggerPockets community! Really exited to have found this outlet for so much great information. 

I relocated to the Kansas City area a year and eight months ago. We really love the KC area and I am looking to invest in rental properties primarily but have some experience in flipping and would invest in the right opportunity. 

I have a degree in Architecture and have over 10 yrs experience in commercial design and construction as a project manager. 

I am confident in my abilities in estimating and managing renovations, I am also skilled in the DIY side of the renovations if it is needed to make the numbers work. I'm looking to find a partner or mentor to help me with my weaknesses, mainly local contacts to find deals and creative ways to finance in the KC market.

Hope to meet some great people on here and hopefully find deals to help me reach my goals!
