Kansas City Investor new to website from podcast

Hi. I'm Craig. I've been listening to the podcasts for a couple years but never been active on the website or forums and finally decided to jump in and see what this is all about. 

I'm located in Kansas City and have been flipping properties for the last couple years. Most have been flip-to-sell but I've held onto one so far as a rental. I spent two years working full time renovating single family houses (both flipping and as a GC.)

I'm interested in continuing to learn about real estate investing, networking, and building a portfolio of rental houses/units.
