California Investor - Looking to invest outside of the state
Hello,
I am an investor from California. I have a full-time job in Silicon Valley and I am a mechanical engineer. My father was a real estate agent and I have always wanted to get into the business. I have been investing since 2009 where I purchased two properties in Fresno. I have purchased 3x other properties in Las Vegas with some investor friends of mine. I am looking to purchase additional properties over the next 10yrs so that I can move into full-time investing.
