Hey All, 

Here is my introductory post. My name is Nathen Watters. I am 27 coming to you from Castle Rock, CO., but have lived along the Colorado Front Range most of my life. I'm currently a QA Automation Analyst over at HomeAdvisor.com. I quite enjoy what I do, but I am attempting to use real-estate as a secondary income or at the very least reducing my monthly expenditures. 

Looking forward to connecting with many of you and finding my first deal through BiggerPockets!
