New Member in Washington
Hey everyone, I am brand new here to BiggerPockets and am just trying to get educated in real estate investing. I just learned about the podcast and listened to over a dozen episodes this weekend while traveling. What can I say? It was extremely motivating and I want to learn how to achieve success. I am an active duty service member and work long hours. I love the military life but want to begin investing to carry me to financial freedom once I retire. Currently I am most interested in learning everything I can to make smart decisions in the future. I am really glad to be a part of the BiggerPockets community and look forward to learning from everyone!

@Julie Marquez thanks! I have not yet used a VA home loan. I do have a few friends that have and I know that I will in the future. I just want to plan it out and learn more before I do.
