Just getting started
Hi, my name is Scot Minder. I am a deputy sheriff looking to get into real estate wholesaling in the Carson Valley, Carson City Dayton and Smith Valley areas. I am on my last 6 years before I get my 20 years in. I am looking for another income to support my retirement.
Just starting into wholesaling have not done any deals, I have one house I am looking at I just found today. My biggest problem I am seeing is unable to find cash buyers.
