Newbie from North Charleston, SC
My husband and I are new to REI. We built our SFH and have lived in it since 1993. We both work full time, and we would like to earn passive income (and hopefully appreciation) from buying multi-family units in a buy and hold strategy. I have been on BiggerPockets for about a month now, but I'm just now taking the plunge to introduce myself. I have read the beginner's guide and have been listening to the great podcasts. I look forward to being part of your community!
