New member from NY going to NC

Hey my name is Mario I'm currently in NY but will soon enough be in North Carolina. I'm a licensed electrician by trade and I'm looking to get into rental properties in the Charlotte area and about an hour or 2 radius from there. I have experience in multiple renovations (not mine unfortunately) that I have done with a buddy of mine. If anyone has any questions for me regarding electrical I can happily answer them for you along with most renovation questions. Look at Networking events for Charlotte.  I facilitate many Hobby Millionaire Charlotte meetings, held 3 days each week plus a monthly meeting.  The group always has a need for good electricians.
