Howdy Dooh-dah BP community! Super excited to be part of it.
I live in NYC and am currently working a career in Public Accounting at a Big 4 firm. I'm a licensed CPA in the state of New York.
Looking forward to the future of growing my network and self-sustainable financial freedom! I'm interesting in multi family homes and am looking to start with a duplex within the next year. The Long Island/NYC area is too expense and am at markets upstate for a first investment. I'm targeting in on the Binghatmon area since I'm a college grad from there and have knowledge of the market/area (Go Bearcats!). Preliminary results of some cash flow analyses look promising.
