Newbie in Chico, Ca just getting started!
I was first introduced almost a year ago to the website and skimmed the beginners guide but had a lot of nervousness about beginning. I had some friends that were achieving success and that inspired me to move forward. We had been living in our home that we purchased for 3 years and recently bought via owner occupy a small place that has an in law unit. Now renting out our old property! Excited to start this journey. With our 2 rental units. I'm learning so much and have been listening to the podcasts like crazy trying to get current and figure out creative ways to do more of this without using my own money.
