Newbie in Albuquerque - starting first flip!

Hi from Albuquerque, newbies here - Shelley & Tim. Excited to be embarking on our first flip... closing on it Friday we'll be ripping out old carpet Saturday morning! Ohhhyeah! Plan to do it mostly DIY; will be a starter home when we sell. New to how to use/navigate a site like this (patience please). Truly inspiring to see how interactive BP is and the positivity and professionalism in the community. There's no better knowledge than shared knowledge - everybody gains that way. Looking forward to learning, sharing anything we can add, and connecting with folks!
