New Member in Portland, OR - Vancouver, WA market
My name is D.J. and I am a Real Estate Broker and Investor from Vancouver, WA. I recently started listening to some of the podcasts and loved them. I have also found a ton of great info on these forums so far and I'm really looking forward to being part of the BP community.
Currently my biggest goal is to build a solid portfolio of buy and hold rentals (currently a part owner of 6 units). I plan to buy at least two more single family rentals in 2017. I also am interested in flipping/rehabbing properties and have been involved in those projects in the past. I generally stick to the markets that are local to me, but after some reading here I am definitely more open to doing business in other locations.
