Hello everyone I am Paul Garcia from Bakersfield, CA. I've been listening to the podcast every day the last 2 weeks and has motivated me. Welcome aboard, go to the real estate events and happenings thread and find the posts about the monthly meetings locally.  The meet up at Rusty's Pizza is fun and very informative.  You can meet fellow real estate investors with varying degrees of experience who will be happy to assist you.  A member of this forum @Gene Hacker is the organizer and the March meeting details will be posted on this forum in the near future.  Happy investing!
