Reginald O'Connor, 25. Pulling into 5 years active duty in the airforce. I am located in Albuquerque/rio rancho NM.

Hello, been on this site for maybe a year now, haven't used the sites resources all that much, yet. This is my first post! I purchased my first property just over a year ago, I am planning on renting it out in the next year after I buy a second house. Having a new baby boy at the end of the March so lost a bit of momentum with getting into my next house as soon as I had hoped, I've used the past 6 months to eliminate all my dept aside from my mortgage, 2 more months to go for that! I am getting back into continuing to agressively build, and expand my knowledge of realistate, BRRR, buy and rent, rehabs and sell, and the various options that go with all that so I can make smart educated decisions on which path to pursue. I would like to look into options of staring with minum initial starting risks so as not to place my family in a poor finacial position early on, and strengthen it with time, so I can eventually increase the risk I take on. Questions comments are appreciated!
