New BP Member From Vermont/New Hampshire

Just joined BP.  What a great resource.

I have been a half way investor for several years.  I done a few small but profitable projects.  My projects include, property with two houses subdivided and sold for profit, 3-unit buy, fix and hold, 7 unit bought and sold for profit, single family buy, fix and flip.

Now looking to get more serious with investing.  Looking for 3 and 4-unit buy, fix and hold properties and small, quick flips.

Also looking for buyers in Southern Vermont and New Hampshire for great deals that I may not be able to take advantage of.

Looking forward to learning all I can here on BP.
