New Investor in NW FL

My wife and I moved here in August 2016 and are now ready to tackle the investing side of things in the area.  We are looking to buy properties from Destin to PCB, and up to I-10, both rehabs and rentals (vacation and/or long term), as well as some commercial property.  I've found a few networking groups in MeetUp and know the PIG meetings toward the end of the month.  What  are some of the other events to attend?  Send me collegue requests and let's get together and help each other be successful!
