Hi All, My name is Jerry and i am currently very interested in owning property outside of NYC. The reason i want to own outside of NYC is because it is very expensive here and i'm only in my early 20's so i lack sufficient capital. I've been looking into owning in Philadelphia and parts of Florida but been a newbie, i am not sure of what to look for or if these are good markets to pursue. The main reason i join was to learn as much as possible before making my first steps in Real Estate. A little about myself. - I was a fully licensed stockbroker. - currently working in Accounting - i have invested in Real Estate but only through crowdfunding - i've lived in NYC practically my whole life Hope to learn and make friends/connections with all of you!! On a side note, i've read great things about the podcast so i shall start listening to it.
