Ali Boone thank you for welcoming me.
Do you mind sharing your experiences with me if it's not too much to ask.

@Michael S. Thank you for welcoming me. I hope to learn as much as possible
@Michael Lee Thanks for the advice. I do love to travel and currently have a W-2 full time job.
I want to do this as a part time investments for now as i do love working in accounting. The type of investing that i am looking for is for the long term as i want to gradually improve my cash flow as i see this as a long term investments. With how big the sharing market has become, i had the idea of buying apartments and renting it out with Airbnb and others while using services like Pillow to take care of the cleaning, repairs and booking. As i am still very new to real estate and have only done research, i would love to get feedback on anything and everything.

Hi All,
My name is Jerry and i am currently very interested in owning property outside of NYC. The reason i want to own outside of NYC is because it is very expensive here and i'm only in my early 20's so i lack sufficient capital.
I've been looking into owning in Philadelphia and parts of Florida but been a newbie, i am not sure of what to look for or if these are good markets to pursue. The main reason i join was to learn as much as possible before making my first steps in Real Estate.
A little about myself.
- I was a fully licensed stockbroker.
- currently working in Accounting
- i have invested in Real Estate but only through crowdfunding
- i've lived in NYC practically my whole life
Hope to learn and make friends/connections with all of you!!
On a side note, i've read great things about the podcast so i shall start listening to it.
