I have lived in the palm coast area for 3 years, currently own a home that I purchased with the intention of flipping. It is currently on the market (lets wait and see if this one was a success). I am ready to jump into flipping or buy and holding in the Florida area. I look forward to interacting and sharing knowledge and experiences with everyone
