New Investor from Fort Collins, Colorado

Hi BP!

I've found the BP podcast tremendously valuable as a learning resource and I am excited to get involved in the forums. For a while I was considering becoming an agent, but investing seems like a  better fit for my goals. As a musician and entrepreneur, I plan to combine my creative thinking with my growing knowledge of real estate to forge a path to financial freedom. The City of Fort Collins, local business entities, and arts organizations are discussing new projects in affordable housing for our large and growing creative community. I am interested in being part of this discussion and implementation.

Thanks very much for the welcome!

@Michael Lee The affordable housing project is not my only interest, but it is something currently going on in my city that I would like to see happen. If I can assist the project in some way, I'd like to do that as a way to service my community. Our city recognizes the economic draw of the arts and small business. I believe it is one of the reasons Fort Collins has consistently been named one of the best places to live.

@Kevin Grinstead College rentals seem like a good way to go, especially with parents co-signing. Thanks for the welcome!

@Krystallin Baker Yes, we certainly have a large population of creative people here. Thanks for connecting!

@Holly Baum I am planning to attend in June. That sounds like fun!
