Nick Vertucci Real Estate Course

Hello everyone I'm Qiauna. I'm new at Real Estate investing so I've been attending free seminars in the Kansas City area. I attended a seminar sponsored by Nick Vertucci. During this session we were told we can get Real Estate funding for up to $250,000 without the use of our own personal credit. In order to receive information about that funding I had to pay 1700 to attend the three day workshop in two weeks. Is there anyone familiar with his program or is this another scam?

Qiauna Chapman you are going to get a lot better information for free here than you will with the guru. If you are looking for low money down and working with bad credit and plan on living in the home look into an FHA loan and buy a multi family that you can live in. Look at the forums into the FHA loan and in particular house hacking. Don't pay the thousands for something that you could use as a down payment for an actual investment.
