Investing while overseas
Long time BP reader/podcast listener.
I live overseas and do not have the time or ability to actively engage in investing or even look at properties. I am not in the military, but favor locations near military bases. I have a reasonable pot of cash to begin expanding my portfolio from the single property i currently own, and am hoping to hear from others who have bought properties using turnkey operators (such as roofstock, etc) to build their portfolio. Ideally i would hope to utilize BRRR to build on my first purchase. Hoping to get thoughts, advice, and ideas.
