Noob from Kona Big Isle
Aloha every1! 37 year old married, father of two young men. Came across the BP podcast kind of accidentally. I just got back from Than Merrill's three day seminar a couple weeks ago. I really liked what I heard. Never in my life would I have fathomed the opportunity RE investing is about. It's so much more than just buying and selling years of life away. I'm really interested in working with someone locally on the Kona side of the Big Island. If anyone knows any online beginners investing groups , I would love to join. I have a ton of free time , an open mind, and am highly teachable. Ultimately, I would like to be a savvy investor with passive income around 10 k a month. That's at least my dream for right now!!
