Hey everybody.  My name is Marc. I'm from Louisville, KY. and am just starting the journey to becoming an investor.  I work for an engineering consulting firm doing plant design in the oil refining/chemical plant industry.  I'm looking to get into single family buy and hold rentals to start off and see what happens from there.  I want to express my excitement in becoming part of the Biggerpockets community and am looking forward to learning a contributing.
