Newbie from Rockwall TX
My name is Ricardo Avila but my friends call my Ricky. I am and aircraft mechanic and love what I do but I also really enjoy real estate. I am in the process of purchasing my second house and my goal is to buy at least 1 property a year for the next 10 years. I would like to meet other investors and real estate professionals in the rockwall or dallas area and maybe start working some deals with a partnership. I feel like I can bring a lot to the team, I have a great W2 and I have a great schedule that allowed me to be off 6 months out of the year to possibly do some rehabs.

@Ricardo Avila Welcome to BP! This is a great forum to connect with other like-minded individuals. Have you checked out the events section under network? You can search for local meetups. You should also use the Meetup app to see the plethora of real estate meetups in your surrounding areas.
What is your investment criteria and how are you sourcing your deals (MLS, off-market - realtor, wholesalers?)? If you provide more color, I'm sure we can all provide greater help.
