Happy Friday! 

My name is Andrea and I'm a 9th grade English teacher at a low-income high school in Oakland, CA. My roommate has been talking to me about real estate investing for the past few months and I've finally decided to jump on board! Since the Bay Area is known for being expensive, we've decided to begin as partners and are in the process of getting our team together. We already have an agent, but need a CPA and attorney to help us get the ball rolling. I'm very happy to join the BP community and hope to learn a lot!

I'm also from the Oakland/Bay Area and looking to invest as well.  I just recently joined BP and trying to learn as much as I can.  I'm starting the process of obtaining my real estate license and looking to possibly partner with like-minded individuals.  If you're interested, let me know.  Hope all is well!
