Hello BP! My name is Brett and I currently work full time in the health field. I travel back and forth from Sacramento to Oakland throughout the week due to my job. I'm looking to gain experience in buy and hold investing and hopefully start purchasing properties soon. My target area is anywhere between the Bay Area and Sacramento.

Hi Andrea,
I'm also from the Oakland/Bay Area and looking to invest as well. I just recently joined BP and trying to learn as much as I can.
