Hi my name is Juan Padilla and I am a new PRO member to Biggerpockets.  This site is amazing and I look forward to expanding my knowledge through the material and resources available on BP.

I am looking to build an REI team so any recommendations on the following would be great! Thank you so much in advance for welcoming me to the BP family.

@Costin I. Building an Investment Team to me includes: an investment savvy agent to source deals, a hard money lender & conventional lender to fund deals, an investment focused insurance agent to insure them, a contractor to handle the renovations, and a property manager to place tenants and manage.

CPA's & Bookkeepers can be in any location. My CPA is in WA state, my bookkeeper is in Arizona.

None are employees of mine, just people I've worked really hard to find by asking for referrals, calling around, and getting to know overtime.

That's probably the hardest part of out of investing is to find good people you can trust. There's a few areas I wanted to invest in but just couldn't, for whatever reason, find good people that I trusted. Out of area/state is even harder to find good people because you can't always meet in person.
