I spend everything I earn!
Hi everyone.
My name is Ardin. I’m 37, originally from Ireland, and I live close to Toronto, Canada.
I earn a lot of money (to me) from a software and publishing business I’ve built up over the past few years.
The problem is apart from the business, I have not invested a penny. I have nothing to show for my work other than nice cars, Gucci clothing etc.
I have not purchased a house as it’s never felt like a huge priority and I will only have two years of tax records in Canada this year, meaning my bank wanted me to wait anyway.
I love the idea of real estate investing and I hope I can learn enough to get started on the right track here with you good people!
Also, I just read Rich Dad Poor Dad!

That's your number one problem to solve. No matter how much you make, if you spend everything you make you're always one paycheck away from bankruptcy. Fix that problem first.
