Hello BP!  I am new to real estate and am looking to learn as much as possible.  I live in Nashville, TN, but I am looking to invest in areas that have a lower entry price (especially on my first few deals).  I am especially interested in smaller multi-family properties (2-4 units) with value-add opportunities.
