New Raleigh, NC based SF/MF investor

Hello BP!  I'm BP fan and new RE investor with one SF deal under my belt. 

I recently relocated (for work) to Raleigh, NC and am working to enter the MF space in an effort to meet my commitment of generating passive income equal to my active income...with ease.  : )

I'm looking forward to connecting with folks in the Raleigh, NC or RTP area who have MF experience/exposure!

As more background on myself...I work for a global engineering/construction company.  I love mountain biking, fitness and world travel.  My wife works for a global consumer goods company and is a travel "influencer/blogger" on the side.

Hi @Ian O'Leary - next week is a great time to connect with other investors in the Triangle area - as there are two investor related events. 

I recommend checking out these two:

• Triangle Deal Maker Sessions, hosted by @Adam Schneider. Monday night (7/9) starts at 7pm.
• Raleigh/Durham & Surround area Meetup on Thursday (7/12) from 6-8pm

Also, take a look at Triangle Real Estate Investors Association (TREIA). The next monthly meeting is on 7/17. 

If you attend any of these you'll certainly start connecting with the Triangle investor community.
