@Scott Elkins do you work in GJ too? (BTW @Neal Elder I'm in Scott's .0001% - have a good REI friend in Hotchkiss and love the Paonia area). Point is: I'm always game to hear about good deals that make sense - but I pretty much stick to the Grand Valley. Happy to help scope out any potential deals here...
