Would like a coach to teach me home flipping

I’am interested in the home flipping business and I would like to learn , however with 3 kids is not  easy to read book in this house  i was wondering if there was  anyone around New York City Manhattan, Bronx or the 5 borrows that would be willing to teach me through the process?

If you don't have time to read books, dont bother in spending money on a coach..

Flipping or any other type of REI investing requires hours of time researching, crunching numbers, searching MLS, Zillow etc. If you dont have the time a Coach or a guru will not find you the time but many will be happy to take your $$$

I suggest Audio Books on your way to work...
