Like my subject header says im new to all things in real estate. As of now Im an industrial mechanic, looking to begin my investment journey in West Michigan but really dont no where to start. So im just trying to educate myself on BP with all the tools available here and hopefully meet a few good people along the way. Wholesaling really appeals to me but we have some funky laws on that subject here. Also the idea of fix and flip really catches my eye. Anyway I can help anyone on this site or in the field in West Michigan area dont hesitate to ask. Looking forward to the journey!
