Hello everyone :) my name is Anthony!
I'm brand new to the site (only been on about 5 days now).
I'm 25 years old and looking for other investors in or around the Athens, GA area. Would love to connect with some like-minded, intelligent people and just talk RE!
No pitches, programs, or anything like that.
Just a nice group that can get together to share knowledge, experiences, advice and all that good stuff!
Tried looking up a local REIA group but it doesn't appear to be active at the moment so this will hopefully be my solution to that dilemma. If anyone is in the area, don't hesitate to reach out!

I am in a very similar situation as you, just getting started in RE in Athens. I just purchased my first rental property about 6 months ago and am gearing up for the refi to complete my first BRRRR project. I'd love to chat some time. Send me a message when you have a chance.
