Los Angeles investor finally waking up to Bigger Pockets

Hi!

I'm a former 9th-grade dropout and welfare mom who discovered the power of real estate and through it transformed my life.

Today, I'm a real estate broker with a law degree who doesn't represent clients or practice law. :)

I have ownership interests in commercial, office, residential and multi-family properties.

In my real life, I'm an author, consultant, and coach in the women's empowerment space. My passion is helping people start over after loss (divorce, death, bankruptcy, etc.). 

I've worked in commercial and residential brokerages, developed condominiums, built and rehabbed, SFRs, partitioned land, participated in REO auctions, and I lend private money. And I'm super excited about a recent investment with @Joe Fairless.

I love to learn and I'm happy to help whenever I can.
