Hello to BP from Marlborough, MA

Hi BP!

First post after lurking here for a while. I enjoy the site and have been reading the forums for about 2 months.

I buy, sell and hold rental properties solely in Marlborough MA, and I am a pretty flexible investor who has some experience in lease options, wholesaling, private lending, hard money, etc.

I consider myself a property manager first and foremost as I concentrate a lot of my efforts into my 40 units in Marlborough. My "wheelhouse" and where I feel most comfortable is in buy and hold rental properties.

I do hold a RE salespersons license in Mass and I plan to become a broker in 13 more months.

I look forward to communicating with the active members on the site!

Full disclosure I grew up in NY, and I love football but do not even have a favorite NFL team...just watch for enjoyment.

Growing up in NY I played a lot of hockey and I always loved Mass and wanted to live there when I "grew up".

There is just something about the Massachusetts lifestyle (politics aside) that I love and it's definitely home....but I'll never root for the Boston teams!!!
