New REI Introduction

Greetings Bigger Pockets family, My name is Caleb Vance and I just recently moved to Scottsdale, AZ, and I am new to the world of real estate investing. Although I have been learning and gaining more insight for the past year.

 I currently work for a multifamily construction company as a Project Control Engineer. The move to Arizona was inspired by my love of real estate and caused me to switched careers to be more intertwined and hands on with real estate. I have learned a lot from continuously studying, analyzing deals, and "driving for dollars." Now that I have settled from my move, I am ready to take my investing to the next level. 

My mission and goal is to create financial independence for myself through real estate investing. I believe using the BRRRR and actively flipping are the areas that I plan to pursue in my niches. I have already started to develop relationships with a few agents and hard money lenders. I know that there is so much to learn about this world of real estate investing and I also am aware of how much I don't know. Any advice big or small would be greatly appreciated.

I am happy to be here as a part of the Bigger Pockets Family, and I wish everyone a successful 2019.
