Hey everyone , my name is Juan, I'm new to REI, and I'm trying my hand at wholesaling. One question I have is , how to weed out other wholesalers from qualified cash buyer? I've been reading some posts on finding cash buyers but none have really answered my question.

@Juan Arteta Require a significant EM deposit to go into contract and make them show you a bank statement with proof of funds.
