Hi everybody -

Long-time stalker, first-time poster here. I've really enjoyed reading the expert blog articles and spending hours going through the forums. This site really is an incredible resource.

I've completed two buy and hold deals this year and am looking forward to revving things up in 2012. I have a brother who has done really well over the last few years, so I've pretty much just followed his model. I'd love to network with other KC investors and talk about how we can take advantage of all the great opportunities in this terrific Midwestern city.

My primary focus is on long-term buy, rehab, and hold projects in Jackson County, specifically Raytown, Independence, Lee's Summit, and South Kansas City. I stay out of the war zones.
