Hello,
My name is Aaron, I just started learning about REO's, House Flipping, No Money Down investment, and making money rehabbing homes.
I have been able to find a few deals for my "mentor" who is has his shop right next to my small shop. For now I have just been bird-dogging for him, and following him around while he rehabs his deals, what a great way to make a living.
Anyway, I can not really show him deals out of the area (he likes to keep things in his back yard), but many of the out of the area deals have potential, and that is why I am here.
I think I will be able to grow in this forum, it has great information and the networking potential is obvious to me.

I look forward to posting some of the deals I find, and hopefully partnering or getting a finders fee to start out, then eventually get in to investing my own money (After I make some bird-dogging).

If you have specific deals, you can post in the "Make Deals..." forum or in the Residential Properties, Land and Farms for sale forum. Only one post about each deal, please.
